What have you achieved this week? That can be a scary question because, in this fast paced world, we often only celebrate big achievements such as winning awards or securing massive contracts. Of course these things are worthy of celebration but if we only celebrate the big things we can start to feel as though we aren’t achieving anything when those things don’t happen. So, as we are approaching the end of the week (whoop whoop 🎉) how about making a list of three little things that gave you an inner fist pump this week. Maybe you stepped outside of your comfort zone in some way or learnt something new that will help progress your business? Perhaps, it’s as simple as hitting your target for your step count? Even if it was just getting out of bed and showing up  to something you were dreading, celebrate it and find a way to reward yourself (my go to reward is to turn my favourite music up loud and dance away any tension but that’s a subject for another blog!!)

By making a note of the little successes not only will your confidence in your abilities grow but your state of mind will be much healthier which in turn will help your business to thrive.

    1. Having breakfast with my daughter 4 times out of 5 this week.
    2. Managing an uninterrupted 30 minutes of mediation.
    3. Managing to laugh and forgive myself for deleting a 700 word word doc.

    1. Worked from home to be with my daughter when she was poorly
    2. Played netball
    3. Made a yummy organic meal from scratch 🙂
