We recommend clients use a secure password managing system so that passwords can be securely shared. It is at the client’s discretion how files and documents are shared, however we would recommend using a cloud based platform e.g. Dropbox, GDrive
Are Purple Frogs Virtual Assistants happy to sign a Confidentiality Agreement?
Absolutely! To protect both the client and the Virtual Assistant, Confidentiality Agreements are encouraged.
How can Purple Frogs manage our email inbox remotely?
We simply log in and deal with the customer facing emails directly. In your initial meeting with Purple Frogs, we get as much information down as possible and are able to deal with the majority of emails based on this. However, if there is anything that we are unsure of we will highlight this to you in a method agreed at the outset. Some clients prefer a daily highlights summary email of all activity on their inbox whereas others prefer to be contacted as and when more pressing emails come in. It is very much individual to the business and team.
